I think she looks fine in both. But I'm an Iris Apfel fan. I like it when older women break older women fashion rules.

Make up and a dye job aren't exactly unheard of in older women fashions, though. She's not so much breaking rules as... following them?

She looks almost exactly like my Nana, who is the same age and DELIGHTED that there's a stylish woman like her on TV rather than looking "old and boring" (her words).

Why aren't more seasons of this on netflix, damn it? I had rabbit ear PBS all my life, but when I put all my television eggs in one internet-based basket, they fail me! I need my soothing baking show... :(
