The first chapter of this was interesting. I am the nerd who immediately starts worrying about the laws of thermodynamics when reading fantasy, so the concept of someone going to Hogwarts and trying to figure out how it worked was mildly intriguing.
But it definitely should have been like, 3000 words. max.

Why do terrible fanfics become popular though? I think we've all asked ourselves that questions and I don't think anyone really knows.
