Aside from a woman saving a grown ass man as the plot of a film/video game...

A long-running series of some kind where the central relationship happens to be gay/lesbian but a) isn't the focus of the series, it's incidental, and b) is preferably established. I mean something that isn't romance or erotica - like an action-adventure or detective series where the protagonist just happens to be gay.

Acknowledging the presence of shit in buttsex lol

I have seen the last thing before! Not overtly but I've seen more than one instance of one partner expressing surprise or appreciation that the partner that planned to be penetrated had cleaned up and was waiting for them beforehand.

I would appreciate that. Ten more points if it's spur of the moment sex and nobody has the time to clean up and it's still mentioned though hahah

I don't have a scat fetish I have a realism fetish

In Alien? Ripley doesn't save anyone besides herself and her cat.

In Aliens? She helps an injured Hicks get to the plane at the end, sure, but it's pretty incidental (and it doesn't stick, he still dies). The only person she charges heroically off to save is Newt, who is decidedly not an adult male.

I mean Aliens is my favourite film of all time and Ripley is a fucking badass but it in no way subverts this particular trope.

The new Ghostbusters has this, too!

I read a fic where the pov character said anal was off the menu because he hadn't had a chance to "clear the runway". It happens.

Woman saving a man

Long Kiss Goodnight
Scream (Sydney saves her dad, avenges her mom, and saves other people as well)
Monster Squad (sort of, anyway, Phoebe opens the portal that saves them all)

Aside from a woman saving a grown ass man as the plot

Has this not happened in Sailor Moon or do I just think it did because of Mamoru's overall impression of utter uselessness?

The protagonist of Chris Moriarty's Spin series is a) bi and b) dealing with her on/off ex. (Coen appears in about one of every six chapters or so.)
