A straight male and a straight female friendship. It can even go into Friends with Benefits territory as long as they stay just friends.

I know they exist, but they usually end up becoming a couple at some point, or one of them turns out to be gay. I want to see one where both are straight, yet have no romantic attraction to each other.

Meredith and Alex on Grey's Anatomy. The show is beyond bad at this point, but it is pretty special that, despite its reputation for pairing up just about everybody (sometimes for little to no reason), it has never gone down that route with these two. Their friendship is developed quite a lot too.
