This is probably just a knee-jerk reaction but anyone who, in the same discussion, references Fight Club and uses the phrase "IP holder" is probably an asshole. Or a lawyer, I suppose. Same thing? Hm. Perhaps I judge too harshly.

On another note, I disagree completely with this secret. Maybe there are bad things about fandom these days, but the old days weren't all golden just because people "knew their place" or whatev. :P
