I'm super face-blind, so to me he literally looks like a different dude, to the point it freaked me out a tiny but to hear the voice I've come to associate with long-haired!LMM come out of his mouth. :P

I don't really have much to contribute beyond that, lol

I had no idea he was only 36. The facial business and long hair aged him and getting rid of it made me think he was around 30.

I assumed he was older because big accomplishments like creating and putting on a wildly successful Broadway musical are still things I associate with People Who Are Older Than Me.

AGREED.

I find him absolutely adorable with short hair and no beard. But the long hair/beard made him look so old and gross. I hated his Hamilton look, especially knowing how secretly cute he is under all of it.

I thought he looked okay before, but he does look cuter without the beard and long hair, and it makes him look a lot younger. I'd guess he's in his twenties now if I didn't know better.

I don't think he's unrecognizable though.

lol yeah, I totally didn't even recognize him. I saw him on some show a couple of weeks ago (a talk show maybe?) without the beard and I was like "who the hell is this guy? He's adorable." I was really surprised when I found out it was Miranda. He looks WAY better without the beard.
