Writing thread

So, I'm writing a first kiss/makeout/sex situation between two people who have been good friends for 20 years and are fast approaching the second half of their lives.

It's hard! I'm trying to focus more on emotions, thoughts and feelings than descriptions of the action...and it's just going kind of bleh.

I've gotten 1500 words written on my Big Bang so far. So far it is just letters, I'll flesh in the plot around it later. Writing the letters was fun, though.

Also thinking about starting an Angelus/Giles fic. And have a couple ideas that I want to flesh out into fics eventually.

Good luck on your Big Bang and future Angelus/Giles fic! I'm about 475 words into NaNoWriMo, and I've got to get better at embracing the "don't care if it's shit, you can pretty it up later" mindset.
