Well I didn't have any consoles growing up, but I had computer games. My oldest favorites were Gauntlet and Manhole.

Later, I had a demo for Realmz, a fantasy RPG and its character creator. I know every inch of the demo map (City of Bywater), because I did it with a ton of different characters/adventuring parties. So much fun. With the character creator, you could edit them so they had super stats and equip them with seriously overpowered items and exploit the hell out of it. It was great.

Also LodeRunner and a good PacMan clone I played so much I committed a bunch of the levels to muscle memory.

Pokemon was the only game I played because my brother didn't let me play any of his, and he was the only one with anything besides a gameboy. (We did have a big age differences so him not sharing didn't bother me too much actually, I liked watching him play old playstation games a lot though)

Galaga! Also Breakout, and there was this side-scrolling Smurfs game. Also Duck Hunt (with that $^#&ing dog!)

Later, we got a computer. There were Demon Stalkers: Attack on Doomfane, and also a miniature golf game.

I was obsessed with fighting games when I was a kid, so Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Eternal Champions.

I never had a lot of access to games when I was young - lack of money for equipment and such - though in my later teens I had a fun Tetris game for SNES, plus a SNES version of Sim City. I also first played Sim City 2000 and DOOM on my brother Grey's computer when I was about 14 or so. When Noddy and his computer were briefly living with us in '99 (I was 21), I played Baldur's Gate for the first time.

I didn't get a computer of my own until mid-2001.

I didn't have a chance to play video games much, but I did have one friend who had a Nintendo. I was pretty good at Duck Hunt.

Commander Keen. I played this so, so much.

Secret Agent

And I played the Hugo series a lot, especially Hugo's House of Horrors, but I never got very far because trying to get through a game that relies on English language commands input when you have barely one year of school English under your belt is a bit tricky.

I also had this Breakout Arkanoid clone named Aquanoid, I played it a lot.

And there was that old Winter Olympics game that I really loved as well.

I never had a console of my own as a kid but my brother borrowed some consoles off his friends once in a while so when he had a Sega console, I played a lot of Bubble Bobble with him. Later he borrowed a Nintendo64 and we played a lot of Golden Eye together. And even later, he borrowed a Playstation and ... Tekken 3. It was great.

Motocross

For PS, the original! Then my brother traded the system and the game in for the PS2. I was pissed, that game was mine even if I didn't play as much anymore.
