Star Trek replicators. Honestly, an end to world hunger and poverty. How can anyone top that?

That would be great for non-living things, but I do not want to be killed by disintegration while a copy with my memories is created somewhere else (no other way it would work).

Hell yes. Replicators, transporters, the holodeck, that medical thingy that can diagnose you by scanning your body, all the Star Trek stuff.
