women aren't pressured to wear skimpy outfits the same way Islamic society pressures if not forced Muslim women to dress like this... what kind of false equivalence

the majority of muslim women in the world do not wear head-to-toe black tunics. They wear all kinds of things, probably whatever they feel most comfortable in.

There are so many cultural and econimic forces behind what people chose to wear. It's rarely as simple as "the evil patriarchy made them do it".
I keep on meeting women who don't go to the grocery store without a cute outfit and some makeup and that is INSANE to me because I will waddle in in a onesie and forget to brush my hair but I'm not saying they're oppressed. They're just better at that shit than me and have a clear idea of what they want to look like, I don't make assumptions about why they feel that way.
Fight the extremists who do oppress and coerce women, whether they look like Donald Trump or al-Baghdadi. Don't generalize about an entire style of dress.

The fact is that there is constant talk about women's clothing. So yes, the 'evil patriarchy' as you call it does have a lot of effect on how women dress. Sure, I don't either wear makeup all the time.
The fact that there is still talk about whether a woman is 'asking for it' if she wears a short skirt, or shows her cleavage, the fact that women are 'slut shamed' if they show their figures.
With a society that makes women 'cover up', yes the misogyny is more obvious, but that doesn't mean that it isn't there, in Western society. It is just more underhand.
Women are constantly judged for what they are wearing, in Western society is what I'm saying. "Don't wear this if you're over a certain age". "Don't wear this if you're fat." etc etc etc.
