Yesterday's experiment was mint chocolate chip cookies using Star Wars cookie cutters. The cutters didn't work well with the dough but the cookies were good.

Like, just chocolate chip cookies with mint extract? Or chocolate chip cookies made with mint chocolate chips?

I actually adapted the recipe from a sugar cookie dough so that I could make shapes using it. So I adapted the vanilla amount, decreased the milk, added mint extract, and used mini chocolate chips instead of normal sized ones.

I should try mint chips with a chocolate base next time and not worry about shapes.

Those sound delicious. :O You could also try chocolate sprinkles to decorate with, to make it easier then chocolate chips?
