I read around 10 - 11 EST. For reference, in about four - five hours from now.

They should be able to call it by 11EST.

At some point after the polls close in the big West Coast states at 10 eastern, 7 Pacific.

When, specifically, we'll know depends on how close the race is and how close the individual states are. I would expect to have some idea by 11 eastern unless there's recounts.
