I don't think it should be super easy to obtain, but I'm okay with it in principle. Like abortion, I don't think anyone can really know with 100% certainty what they would want to do until they are in a particular situation. It's easy to be on the outside looking in and say "You should live" without really understanding what that involves. Wanting someone to live because it would make me sad or uncomfortable otherwise is about me and my wellbeing, not the ill or injured person.
