It would be nice if the DNC would remove its head from its ass, it really would. We need to be talking about getting more Dems and liberals to the polls during midterm elections because they never show up like the Republicans do. We need to be discussing who we should have as our candidate to run against Trump, because at least we can pick someone else, because the Republicans are stuck with Trump. We also need to be reaching out to middle America because they're in horrible shape and only voted for Trump because he bucked the establishment and promised them hope.

Yes. They didn't want to be in the position they are now, just as poor and destitute as minorities in ghettos, but they are and sadly, because Hillary won the Democratic ticket, they chose someone they thought would actually do something and it just so happened to be Trump. They just want jobs and to not have to rely on food stamps and welfare to get by.

Yeah, the differences between the voter bases of each party are a huge deal and the DNC has really failed to address that.

More than just that, though, imo is how they've failed to answer people's legitimate concerns with any sort of concrete answer. That's the key to Trump, I think. People want to know what the plan is for things like refugees, and he says "I won't allow any refugees". That's a plan. Maybe not a good one, but for people worried about terrorism, especially after all the shit in Europe, it probably does sound pretty reassuring. Especially compared to Hillary's plan which sounds like throwing open the borders.

Instead of saying "I know these immigrants broke the law, but here's why amnesty is a better option than deportation", the left has said that you're racist for having the discussion. That's really a problem. We need to be able to defend our positions with reasons. And those reasons can't just be based on being nice to minorities, they have to be based on the tangible positive results that will help the majority of Americans.

This is the second president in a row where people voted because they wanted real change. That's really significant, imo. They accepted all kinds of unpleasant things about him because they believe might change their lives for the better. That's a strong message that the DNC and all of us need to take to heart.

I'm confused what you're saying, Hillary addressed these points without calling anyone racist and she explained her approach?
