This is it. This is who these movies are for. The young teens and kids who didn't grow up idolizing the original work.

Honestly, the live action versions I take more issue with are the ones that try to make these classic stories edgy, like Maleficent and the KStew Snow White one. As if kids these days can't appreciate an updated, good-looking straight take on a wholesome tale (and clearly they can, as Cinderella proved).
