No, no, I totally get it. I'm a decade older and can occasionally feel this way, though I don't feel heartbroken about seeing others in movies.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the dream of wanting to be a film actor, but I think that if you limit yourself to that, or see that as "the" prize to aim for, then chances are, you're limiting yourself in your abilities and your success. Of course, I don't know if you are doing anything to strive toward that dream, or at least striving toward something related, or if you've passively accepted that it isn't going to happen, period.
