I had the same problem with Fable II. In evil mode, you could wipe out whole villages, but kids would keep standing. It was just...odd.

I had the same problem with Bethesda games. It's surprisingly immersion-breaking. I'm not some sadistic kiddie-killer, it's just a jarring reminder that you're a sanitized fake world when you nuke a town and all the kids are still standing.

Is there not a mod for this? There's over 4.5k mods in the steam workshop. Surely one of those must allow the kids to die.

If not, make your own? There are guides that teach you how to alter the code.
