I get that. I much prefer Muse's songs too, though I like Aqours better than it sounds like you do. But in events, in scouting, I still prefer to go for Muse. Aqours just aren't as appealing to me.

I really like the Aqours subunit songs (not so much Cyaron but Azalea and Guilty Kiss are great) but yeah, I'm not really feeling any of their latest songs either. And I agree about the anime - I'm not one of those people who were against Aqours replacing μ's and I really wanted to love it, but so much of it just fell flat for me. As you said, way too much focus on Chika/Riko, which made the other girls feel like props. I disliked the sloppy writing of the third years' drama, the way they resolved You's episode and her feelings of being left out, and also their treatment of Dia (she deserves more credit!), so while I still enjoyed the anime, it kind of left a bitter taste in my mouth.

It's about anime idol groups. One of them is called μ's (pronounced muse) and the other is Aqours (pronounced aqua).
