What are you going to be eating? Are you making anything in particular?

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, onions in a light cream sauce, and rolls for dinner and walnut pie for desert. Then we'll do turkey noodle soup with the leftovers.

I'm making mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. I'll be eating all the traditional foods and a bunch of sweet potato cheesecake. My little cousin makes it with her dad every year and it's so good!

Fried turkey and a small ham. Sweet potato souffle, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green beans. For dessert, apple pie and pumpkin cheesecake (that I am making).

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, possibly a salad of some kind. And gravy and cranberry sauce I guess, but I don't really like either. Lotsa wine.

On the sweet side, there's epic cranberry bread (we made the last of 12 loaves today), 2 kinds of pumpkin pie, 2 kinds of apple pie.

What I'm most looking forward to is these homemade breads one of my aunts makes, especially the cranberry one, and my dad's pecan pie.

Ooh, I'd love to know what your aunt's cranberry bread is like. Our family's made a cranberry bread for Thanksgiving going back more than 40 years.

A rather unconventional meal of eggplant parmigiana followed by by a crudite plate with dip.
My mother decided that turkey was too heavy to lift out of the oven.

It's going to be a mix of American staples (turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, biscuits, cranberries, etc) with some Cuban staples (rice, black beans, tostones, rice pudding, flan, etc. Might be some shredded pork there, but I'm not sure.)

Turkey, two kinds of stuffing (boxed and in the bird), brussel sprouts, corn, lima beans, cranberry sauce, rolls.

Not sure on desserts yet.

And of course, it's tradition to drink cranberry wine.

Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, guacamole, and a cream cheese ball. My family's a little odd like that.

Turkey! Ok, sharing a secret. Want a no-hassle tender and moist turkey? Clay cooker. Soak it in water, put the turkey in with some onions and celery stuffed inside and some butter/salt/pepper on top and you get a perfectly cooked and super-tender fall off the bone turkey every time. It's amazing. No need for tinfoil hats or cutting it apart or flipping or basting or whatever. The only downside is you don't get the browning to the skin, but my family's never done the 'whole turkey sitting like a centerpiece' thing and always just does a plate of meat instead.

Then stuffing and gravy. Cranberry sauce from a can. Roasted butternut squash. Then follow up with roasted marshmallows because we decided this year pie's just too much food and we're going to do pies later, maybe for tree-decorating. On the maybe list is green bean casserole and mashed potatoes. They're both items that not everyone can eat so they're lower priority.
