Uh, no. Yeah, law firms have different positions, but a secretary and a lawyer are two very different positions and one is not equal to the other. Introducing yourself as being "with the law firm Nelson and Murdoch", that implies you're a lawyer, not just attached to the company in some capacity.

Re: Castle, that's not just overstepping boundaries, what she did would be illegal in real life. You cannot offer a prisoner legal counsel if you're not their lawyer, just like how you can't operate on someone if you're not a qualified, licensed surgeon.
