"Do you have any brothers or sisters?" because when I say no then it's always "Oh, you're so lucky!" (no I'm not, it... it wasn't by choice that I don't have any) or "I thought so, you act like it" (at which I just hope that refers to me being reserved and not that I act like a spoiled brat).

Wow, this might actually be even worse than "I bet you were really spoiled!" which is what I'm accustomed to hearing when I admit to being an only child.
