Baking. I have plans to make six different cookie recipes and freeze a good portion of it so I don't have to do it as it gets closer to Christmas.

Watch Gilmore Girls and finish decorating my place for Christmas.

I'm using three of my own recipes (lemon, orange, and mint chocolate chip) plus gingerbread, and then using to box cake mixes for cookie cutouts using strawberry and devil's food cake.

I'm using different Star Wars cookie cutters.
lemon=Millennium Falcon
orange=rebel Luke Skywalker
mint chocolate chip=Yoda
strawberry=Princess Leia
gingerbread=Chewbacca
Devil's food cake=Darth Vader

and just little men shapes so I'm going super overboard. My office will enjoy this on Monday.

I'm freezing after I bake them. Mostly because I'm going to give out some this weekend and this coming week. And I'll ship some as well.
