p sure they're talking about Chuck Tingle books but I guess maybe not just him?

I think it's more likely they're talking about those books whose covers feature a woman in a floofy romance gown hanging out on a hillside with a triceratops or whatever. So not Chuck Tingle himself, but rather the books that he's parodying.
