Shiro/Keith shippers are pretty cool IME. I mean, apart from being dirty ~pedophiles. They manage to create fan works and generate positivity in spite of being constantly bullied. They even turn their fannish energies into doing some RL good. There are at least three Sheith-centric charity projects that I know of.

Hunk/Lance shippers from what I've seen also seem pretty chill. And well, most of the Hunk fan base, really. Ditto the Shiro shippers who aren't caught up in the morality policing. Shiro/other paladins shippers, Shiro/bad guys doing naughty things to him... And if you can avoid all the people who wank about Pidge's gender, her fandom can be pretty fun too.

You might get hate for liking Shiro/Keith, but since most of the wank in Voltron is ship wars disguised as ~pedo~ concerns, anyone who doesn't openly hate Sheith is usually okay.

Yep, they don't even have to ship Shiro/Keith or other Shiro/paladin ships, but as long as they don't think it's "pedophilia", they're usually decent people.

Unfortunately people like that also get ostracized in the Voltron fandom on tumblr. Apparently expressing indifference towards Shiro/Paladin ships isn't enough, you have to be incredibly disgusted by the ships and accuse the shippers of being the worst people ever to avoid getting targeted by militant antis.

Yeah, that reminds me when there was this artist in the Osomatsu-san fandom (if you haven't heard about it, it's a show about adult sextuplets and there's a fair amount of incest shipping in the fandom), and they did not like blmatsu and said incest made them uncomfortable, but they said something like, "Haha, I'm not into incest, but the blmatsus can have their fun lol" and apparently this was TOO flippant for antis who ended up putting them on a problematic incest supporter list LOL.

That's true. There was that artist who got harassed by antis even though she ships Klance, just because she said she doesn't think shipping Sheith morally wrong. Though to be fair, it seems like she was already their target because of her previous fandom, Gravity Falls.
