I watch shows like "How to Get Away with Murder" or "Criminal Minds" and I know full well there's stuff about the way those professions are portrayed that's not at all accurate (and I don't even work in either profession!)..but so long as the characters and overall storylines are interesting, that's all that ultimately matters to me.
Course, I do think the fact I don't work in the fields those kinds of shows represent helps, 'cause I'm not looking at or familiar with the nitty-gritty details of those jobs. I can definitely see where it'd be harder for people in certain lines of work to avoid being all, "That's not how it's done!" at the screen.
