I love my psychiatrist. I got lucky because my mom had been going to him for years when it became clear that I should go to one too, so she was able to just call and make an appointment for me, and he's been able to make some recommendations for medications based on a family medical history that he's very familiar with. He's just really easy to talk to and one of the few doctors I see that I really feel like is listening to me. I take adderall to keep me from sleeping all day and he's the one who prescribes it because none of the others seemed interested in doing anything about my fatigue (I'm pretty sure some of it is due to depression anyway).
