God, I always feel so awkward asking for commissions from fandom artist. Usually I become a fan of their art because I liked how they drew a character or ship I like, but when they stop drawing fandom stuff and start drawing commission I always feel embarrassed to pay for more fandom stuff.

I feel like if an artist is offering commissions it's because they want to expand their horizons or draw peoples OC's.
