AYRT is deadly serious, though. Say your piece, and if the thread devolves into unpleasantness and/or trolling and you reach your limit, just get out of there. What's the point of never daring to speak up in a mostly anonymous community? Assuming you believe in your opinion and aren't just out to cause drama yourself.

Yeah, this is what I do. I say what's on my mind but if things get too annoying to be worth it anymore I check out. If I don't fall asleep first. I tend to disappear from conversations a lot because of that anyway.

Ha, I was actually vaguely thinking of something you once said on this subject when I posted that. I think I really took it to heart, and it's served me and my sanity well.
