Even if they don't know your real information, it can be pretty exhausting to be called a pedophile day in and day out for days at a time.

I can only imagine, yeah. Especially since if people get it in their mind you are they pelt you with the most awful stuff. I think people in this thread who are judging people for being ~cowards~ underestimate or don't get the kind of abuse some people can get (that can lead up to doxxing or calling your workplace in some cases) and that some people honestly just can't deal with that.

They're not cowards for not being able to handle it. God that kind of attitude reminds me of a toxic person i used to know in rp who got judgy when not everyone could balance school/work and rp like THEY could.
