netiquette question

Linking one's Patreon when posting a fill on a Kink Meme: acceptable behavior or fandom faux pas?

I wouldn't, but might if someone was like "omg i love this where can i get more"

It's gauche, I think. Having it in the profile or whatever - or linking to a blog that has it in the profile - is one thing but linking directly to it seems like it's pushing.

I'll go with "tacky as fuck". The only whoring I want to see on my kink meme is from the characters, not the authors.

I think it's definitely pushing it, but it's not like anyone is being forced to put down money so at the end of the day it doesn't matter.

I hate advertising for myself but in my experience, the more you do it, the more sales you make. People always talk about how it's in bad taste but honestly, I'd probably make more money if I whored myself out everywhere.

It's pretty presumptuous to me, unless it was in a profile or signature like others have mentioned.
