I feel like both your parents and your therapist are making you feel like you have no choices in these matters, you do.

You don't have to take medication, you don't even have to tell anyone you're NOT taking your medication. If it makes it easier, pretend you are and throw the pills out.

You also can report this person, it's highly doubtful they'd get in any sort of legal trouble. This is about you and your wellbeing, not theirs. If you think it's worth reporting, do it.
