Write something short but personally fulfilling. Maybe just an episode tag or a small character study. Post it and let that satisfaction ans momentum carry you into another project or a continuation. Hopefully by the time you feel like you're running out of steam again, you'll have some kudos or comments from the first thing to give you a second wind.

But that can also backfire if nobody reads or people read but nobody comments. Then...just gotta pick yourself up, and try again.
