For some reason CBS is showing a colorized version of a Dick Van Dyke Show episode right now (8:00 pm on a Sunday). I have no clue why someone thought colorizing the Dick Van Dyke Show was a good idea and I have no clue why a re-run from the 60s is airing on broadcast TV in prime time. What I can tell you is that while this is not the worst colorization job I've ever seen, everyone's skin looks really, really weird, like they're wearing tons of makeup to even out their skin tones (since black and white tends to do that, so tinting B&W footage to skin tones results in weird, plastic-looking people).
