This. Hell, where I work, we still have a LOT of older people out here and it's a very PHYSICALLY taxing job. Some might have been lucky and motivated to move on into management, but many never wanted to go that route. So the one who didn't, are working very physical jobs, some of which are CONSTANTLY out in the elements or, if they ARE inside, it's a very stressful job of making sure flights are balanced and loaded correctly so that they can launch the flights without risk of getting the freight and pilots hurt or worse.
