And if you fail? You get back up again. It's not necessarily easy, but it really is as simple as that.
It sounds to me, from the outside looking in, that your parents are part of your problem here, not part of your solution. They're trying to keep you in line, using vague threats of "institutionalization" and the specific threat of "taking away your allowance."
At this point. Any job is better than this. Start applying at McDonalds and Subway. I'm not even kidding.
