The situation is real (I am seeing a very abrasive and openly pro-Trump therapist, he openly belittles me in group, my parents won't let me leave therapy). I have been venting and posting here out of anger, though, partly because of my genuine frustration and because I don't really have anywhere else to vent to, so things got out of hand. I didn't make things up, but I was angry when I wrote my posts so my perspective was skewed.

They did apologize for the home remark later today (I also am free of group therapy for three weeks, and they offered to discuss the situation with me as a family then).

As for the phone, another group member saw me fiddling with my phone and I failed to press the record button properly.

I apologize for using F!S as a space to vent. It was immature and selfish of me. This'll be the last you'll hear of this situation or me.
