Re: Musicals/theatre thread
The last show I saw live was the world premiere of Disney's Freaky Friday. I loved it. I had a blast. Heidi Blickenstaff and Emma Hunton were A+++. I love them. I'd seen Emma twice before as Natalie Goodman in the national tour of Next to Normal, but this was my first time seeing Heidi live, which was super exciting because I love her on the original cast recording of [title of show]. Also, I think she looks like a friend's mom. She's so pretty. I'm also bummed I haven't been able to find bootlegs of the music because for like a solid two days afterwards, I had "Oh, Biology" stuck in my head.
Re: Musicals/theatre thread
*thumbs up* for [title of show], that's such a fun show. I tell people who don't have anxiety issues that "Die, vampire!" is a good representation of what it can be like.
Re: Musicals/theatre thread
And yes. "Die Vampire, Die!" is both a great song and a great representation of anxiety.
Re: Musicals/theatre thread
I'm excited to hear more about what she thought of Allegiance when I see her Saturday for Rogue One. It sounds like a really cool show.
