Yeah, it's the Alolan 'dex that I completed. The nationaldex will have to wait until they give us one (I've got a living 'dex in Y, so I can just dump the whole mess in there and complete the pokedex in one movement once we can do that)

Who gives you the shiny charm?

Yeah apparently they are supposed to update pokemon bank in January and that's how you get a national dex? It's so weird to not have one in game.

The shiny charm is from a guy in a building that is right next to the Dimensional Research lab, you'll be able to tell you're in the right room when people are talking about working on the game. You can also get a charm that helps hatch eggs.
