I would write an e-mail/contact Shounen Jump about this, if it's indicated to them that certain titles being missing is hurting their subscriptions, they may reconsider what titles they put in.

I can't guarantee they will put in the titles you are looking for, but the more this stuff gets complained about the more likely they will have to change for fear of losing customers.
