I hate miscommunication except when it is one person in an OT3 (or friendship) who feels like they are being pushed out of the relationship. So they get all angsty about it until they all make up.

I think I like it because it is usually the stoic one who thinks he is being pushed out. And the stoic one is usually my favorite character. And I love watching my favorite characters hurt. ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)

Hah, I've read a fic just like that (J2+JDM, set in an AU where poly relationships were the default. Also mpreg). I actually ended the fic rooting for the guy to leave the other two and go be happy on his own, the unsupportiveness during most of the fic was too much for me to overcome even once the misunderstanding had been cleared up.

Ah. The ones I read are usually fairly short ones so it isn't drawn out or too mean.
