Google is your friend! Though, I think stuffing a turkey isn't recommended as much anymore (the stuffing can be undercooked and affect how well the turkey cooks).

I wish you the best of luck and I hope it doesn't turn out like the Christmas Vacation turkey.

The problem with undercooking turkey is that most of the cooking times no longer assume the turkey is stuffed, ya gotta knock the heat down a little and cook for longer. Also people, and this is a little counterintuitive, don't put enough stuffing in or pack it tight enough. It has gotta be tightly packed in there and leave no air gaps so the heat transfers from the turkey evenly.
