I don't read fic unfortunately, but there's loads of gl manga I like.

Some of my very favorites are After Hours by Yuhta NISHIO, everything by Minase Ruruu (especially Watch out for Drunks!), and Girl Friends, if you haven't read it.

There's also Their Story by Tan Jiu and Beloved by Jaeliu, which are both Chinese. Beloved has a large age gap that's treated realistically (16 and 34), so just a heads up on that.
