Dead serious lol. I also used to watch it over and over when I was around 3-4 years old.

I actually convinced the stream to watch it again and it held up surprisingly well. Okay, so it's clearly a movie intended for small children but the effects were neat and the characters were cute and the child actors weren't the most annoying thing in the world.

Also the end was bad ass. High rec for a rewatch!
