There are a number of meds which don't have weight-gain side effects. Which medication you get prescribed is up to you and your prescribing doctor -- there are a lot of other health factors which go into choosing which medication you get or which will work for you, so our recommendations don't really matter. But I can tell you that I'm on Viibryd now for anxiety and depression, and Viibryd is "weight-neutral" (doesn't make you gain or lose).
