I feel little more than a resounding "meh." I mean, it was fine. I liked all the characters and whatnot. But it just didn't feel very magical, despite all the magic in it. I think maybe it was weighed down too much with the beasts, introducing Jacob to the world, trouble with the MACUSA (which makes ke think of yakuza every time), the obscurial and SURPRISE! IT WAS GRINDELWALD ALL ALONG!

I don't know. But I wish it had worked better on me.
