I can see how making the prostitute get raped would have the potential to be sketchy, depending on execution. But if she is the best equipped to actually kill the reavers and survive it before they cannibalize her - since Companions can kill their rapists - then it could make sense. I'd need more details about the scenario before I'd say one way or the other. I'm afraid I don't have any knee-jerk disgust to the idea of a space prostitute having magic fast-forward AIDS in her inventory of weapons.
