(Anonymous) 2016-12-31 07:18 pm (UTC)(link)The bad guys are known to be mindless, rapist cannibals. They are said to be rapists, heaven forbid the series actually follow up on that threat with one of the main cast.
Second, by poisoning them she wins, which is kinda leagues better than her actually dying. It makes sense in-character for her to have a defense like that.
