Hm, I guess like a boss/employee kind of thing with emphasis on the unequal standing between them? So it could be dubcons, but not necessarily, I think. My inspiration for this kink is Damien Moreau/Elliot Spencer from Leverage, I love fics where Moreau gets Elliot to give him a blowjob as proof of his loyalty/submission to him.
