That's awful. But it also has dick-all to do with Undertale or how anybody interprets a character. Talk to them and lay it all flat out that their reaction is unfair and bigoted.

In the meantime though, stop making people not want to be around you for actual legitimate reasons. You really come across as having a very negative personality, and that has nothing to do with being nonbinary.

you sound like you're pretty young so from one nb to another i'm advising you to get over yourself and just live the way you want to be and stop worrying about what other people may or may not think about the way you live your life, and stop worrying about how other people live their own lives. its not an insult to nb people if a teen girl sees herself in frisk. grow up, you'll be happier for it in the end
