I know there was one border case that the mod made a post on, stating that it was under 500 when it was nominated so she would let it in. I thought the exchange was actually fairly well run and there were a lot of really tiny pairings nominated.

OP I did think it was very well run and I think the mod did an excellent job. And I think yes, by the letter of the rules the mod did perfect.

By the spirit, the shippers should have been classy and not nominated. And especially not bragged about the fact that they were able to qualify because it was by ao3 numbers.
